I would like to say that this journey has been quite a learning experience for both of us. What Greg lacked in field knowledge, he made up for in diligence. Greg handled himself in a very professional manner. When I asked questions that he was not sure of, he devoted all of his energies to obtaining the answers quickly.

Greg was very upfront with his pricing and gave a good presentation. He was not afraid to get his hands dirty. At one point, I was required to clean up some wood from the back yard. Aware that I am a single working mother, Greg assisted in the clean up of the wood.

I think that the fact my home sold in six months in today’s market, speaks for Greg’s ability to adjust and get the job done. Communication and flexibility are key factors and Greg possesses both.
